Chassis # 24419972B
Year: 1965
Model: 88" Hardtop.  Engine: 2.25L Petrol.

December 2008   on-going project...

Owned by Peter Farrell...
This 88" Hardtop was imported by the Rover Motor Company of North America Ltd, South San Francisco, CA, and it arrived at San Francisco in 1965. It's only options were a PTO Winch and an early version of the Kodiak heater.

It lived most of its life on a ranch in Livermore, CA. Peter found it on a used car lot in Walnut Creek in 2007 after the owners had sold if off. It was used, like any working Land Rover, had some rear body damage and bondo, which we're having to deal with. But in general it was in great shape, as NO chassis or firewall repairs were needed.
