Change Motor oil & Filter (We suggest Castrol Syntec motor oil)

Change Transmission oil

Change Transfercase oil

Change Overdrive oil (if fitted)

Change Front & Rear Axle oil

Check/Top-up Swivel fluid

Check/Top-up Brake fluid

Check/Top-up Clutch Fluid

Check/Top-up cooling system (see note at bottom regarding hoses & radiator)

Check for Leaks in Cooling/Heating system

Clean Air Filter (as required)

Check Distributor cap and rotor arm for cracks & tracking

Check Plug Wire set to cracks, burning and arcing.

Replace Spark Plugs as required (check/re-gap/refit if plugs good-new)

Check/Adj/Replace Ignition Points & Condenser as needed.

Check/Adjust Ignition Timing

Adjust idle & mixture as required (excessive rich condition may require more than simple adjustment)

Check operation of Throttle Linkage

Replace Fuel Filter (at 90k miles)

Check Valve Cover for leaks, tighten

Check/Adjust valves as needed

Lube Drive Shaft U-Joints

Lube Door Hinges (as required)

Check/Adjust Tire Pressures, all

Check condition of Tires & report

Check for Oil Leaks; Engine, Transmission, Transfer, Swivels, Axles, Steering

Check for Oil Leaks; Shocks

Check for Fuel Leaks

Check/Adjust Brakes x4 (additional charge if drums are removed to inspect shoe & drum condition)

Check Hub Bearing end-float (bearing adjustment additional)

Check/Tighten all Suspension Bolts

Check Operation of Hand Brake

Check Brake pipes/hose for security and leaks

Check Exhaust System for leaks, security & damage

Check condition of Drive Belt(s)

Check condition of Battery

Check All Lights and Signals for operation

Check condition of Seat Belts & mounts

Check condition and security of Steering Box, joints and gaiters

Check Steering Box

Check Front Wheel Alignment (additional time if rusted and unable to adjust tow-out)

Check/Tighten Prop-Shaft Bolts

Check for off-road damage under car & report

Road Test & Report

 WCB Always suggests your Motor Oil/Filter & Air Filter be changed every 3750 mi  for maximum engine life.

 

It is suggested that all Heating/Cooling hoses (water) be replaced at/beyond 90k miles, in addition radiator should be removed and serviced by a radiator specialist.
